FEES & CANCELLATION POLICY

The deadline for early payment is JUNE 15, 2002, the deadline for late payment is AUGUST 15, 2002. You can still register and pay ON SITE (after August 15).

To all prospective participants:

We are happy to be able to prolong our offer of a special discounted rate for early registration. Realising that there maybe some difficulties in both finding suffient funds in time and in transferring them, we offer the early registration rate until the end of June. The registration fee (ACM non-member, ACM member, PC/SC member) includes the attendance at the conference and tutorials, a copy of proceedings and other conference materials, refreshments during breaks, lunches, ticket to the Welcome Dinner, ticket to the trip to Cerveny Kamen & conference dinner, and ticket to the concert.

The student fee includes all above except tickets to the trip to Cerveny Kamen & conference dinner.

The accompanying person fee includes ticket to the Welcome Dinner, ticket to the trip to Cerveny Kamen Castle & conference dinner, ticket to the concert, and ticket to the walking tour of Bratislava.

Students and young researches can apply for a grant.

Please specify your name on the bank transfer so that your payment be can more easily identified.

Additionally, a copy of your bank transfer should be faxed to +421 2 654 20 587. Payments should be made no later than June, 15^th for participants with accepted papers and no later than August, 15^th for others.

All money transfers must be free of charge for the recipient.

CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Refund of the registration fees will be granted for all written cancellations postmarked no later than August 15, 2002. After that date no refund of registration fee will be provided.

Refunds of the accommodation payments will be granted in full for all written cancellation postmarked no later than August 7, 2002. Any cancellation after that date will result in a one-night charge.

A 500 SKK handling fee will be applied to all cancelled registrations.

For the substitution, a letter (faxed to +421 2 654 20 587 or e-mailed to adbis@dcs.elf.stuba.sk) is required from the original registrant stating the conditions of the substitution and the name of the replacement.
