ELECTRONIC MAIL ART
Global Village is not created by the motorcar or even by the aeroplane.
It is created by the instant electronic information movement.
The Global Village is at once as wide as the planet and small as a
little town
where everybody is malinciosly engaged in poking his
nose into everybody´s business.

Computer Graphics and Electronic Mail Art is an annual exhibition
of works created, archived and distributed electronically.
The works are printed and exhibited in Bratislava in a traditional way - hanging
on the walls.
The contradiction between the idea of transporting pure information instead
of mass and classical exhibitions is caused by the fact that only very few artists
have access to the information highways and also that traditional exhibition
has a social role, where people can meet and talk together.
